Nicole Lipp

Nicole Lipp is an acclaimed director and writer. As AYF Media's co-founder, she directs narratives, music videos, and branded content. Nicole's music videos and short films have played Oscar-qualifying festivals nationwide and garnered millions of streams. Her narrative short, MESSY, clinched a Best Director award and her TV pilot script ETERNAL FLAME earned accolades, a high Black List rating, and is currently in development with industry veteran Darryl Taja. Nicole also co-founded Not Your Daddy’s Films, a social impact organization committed to empowering and educating women and nonbinary filmmakers through screenings, panels, a podcast, and more.
